In todays world with money being so tight people are cutting back on vacations, which i think is a very unhealthy thing to do. As people work day in and day out with stress and pressure on their lives each day its important to get away from it all, but how to do it without draining the bank. Be creative, I love camping and that is very cheep. Did you know that depending on what state you live in national forests are free to camp. If camping is not for you, here is another idea, Jump on the computer and search for something unique about the state you live in and see if you can find a place you can get to within a couple hours of your house where you can learn some history or interesting facts about the place you live. We all have interesting things about where we live. Get a motel, with a pool, and go for a weekend or 2 days you have off and relaxe and take some time to forget about everything else and learn something new that you can say "i never new that, but that is insteresting".

I never thought i would live in a world with such economic crisis. It seems it started with gas and now it moving to to everything. I work in armed security so lately when i went out to buy ammunition i find that there is an ammo crisis, what was 13 bucks for a box is now over 30 dollars in places. Stores are backordered for months, and up to a year.
It just hit me when i did some price shopping for bullets. I kept thinking "what world do we live in where people are scrambling for ammunition" I hate to say it, but sometimes i have doubts about our future and where the money is going to come from and where it is going. I jsut wonder how we are going to survice this financial crisis and how long it will last. People say that we survived the depression so maybe yes, we will work through it and the end will come, sooner I hope than later, but what if we have entered into a sprial downhill that we won't recover from....what then?

the weather these days

I wish i could do a pole on where people live and the type of weather they have. I live in the Midwest and its been the first year that i cam remember when we can have snow, rain, sun, 20 degrees and 70 degree all in one week. I feel like i need my shorts and my long underwear all on standby.
Is this this is a trend for the future. Scientists say that the weather is going to change. My question is how fast? how miserable and are the generations alive today going to have a serious problem on there hands?
